STEPANAKERT, MARCH 20, ARTSAKHPRESS: Army-building and respective cooperation between the two Armenian states were on the agenda of their discussion, Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President informed.

Republic of Artsakh Minister of Defense Karen Abrahamyan also was in attendance to the talk.
