The House of Commons of the UK Parliament passed in the third reading a bill, which is intended to oblige the government of the country to again ask the European Union to postpone Brexit.
UK Parliament approves Brexit bill postponement
STEPANAKERT, APRIL 4, ARTSAKHPRESS: According to the results of the vote, 313 deputies supported the bill, 312 voted against it, TASS reported.
The bill was reviewed by the House of Commons in a day, and to enter into force, it must still be approved by the House of Lords and signed by the Queen Elizabeth II. Peers are expected to vote on this bill on Thursday, and it will be finally approved before the end of the week.
The day after the proposal being discussed becomes valid, Prime Minister Theresa May will have to give the new deadline for the implementation of the Brexit. Then she will have to get the approval of the Parliament and submit the relevant EU request, which, in turn, can accept or reject the proposal.
