STEPANAKERT, APRIL 11, ARTSAKHPRESS: Dmitry Peskov expressed the hope that all rights of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange detained in London would be respected.

Zakharova, in her turn, wrote on her Facebook, that the hand of “democracy” squeezes the throat of freedom.”

UK police arrested the founder of WikiLeaks, Julian Assange. He was taken into custody in an office in central London.
“Julian Assange, 47, has today, Thursday 11 April, been arrested by officers from the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) at the Embassy of Ecuador,” police said.
