STEPANAKERT, APRIL 26,  ARTSAKHPRESS: Artsakh athletes participated in the tournament and returned with medals.

 It is a traditional annual tournament and was dedicated to the 104th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

In an interview with Artsakhpress, head coach of the Wushu Federation of Artsakh David Grigoryan said that about 400 athletes from Armenia, Artsakh, India, Kazakhstan and Iran participated in the tournament.

"5 trainers and 32 athletes from Artsakh participated in the tournament. They have won 10 gold, 6 silver and 4 bronze medals in Wushu Sanda, and 4 gold and 1 silver medals in Taolu discipline. The best athletes will be included in the Armenian team, which will participate in the International Wushu Tournament to be held in Batumi in August," said Grigoryan.
