Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev is starting a two-day visit to Yerevan on Monday to participate in the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council's upcoming session.

STEPANAKERT, APRIL 29,  ARTSAKHPRESS: Sergey Pikhodko, a deputy chief of staff at the Russian Government, told reporters in Moscow that the second scheduled event will take place on Tuesday, April 30. The Council earlier met in Almaty, Kazakhstan in February.  

According to the Russian official said Medvedev is also set to conduct talks also with EAEU partners.  

The Tuesday meeting will focus on the development of integration processes, the strengthening of the union, formation of common markets and possibilities of developing sectoral cooperation.

The EAEU digital agenda will be under a special spotlight. The participants are also expected to exchange thoughts over the prospects of developing internet trading and approve the master model for a single window to regulate extra-economic activity.
