STEPANAKERT, MAY 15,  ARTSAKHPRESS: Executive Director of “Yeznik Mozian Vocational School”, Vaspurak Karapetyan reported on the activities of the academic year 2017-2018 and 2018-2019.

Afterwards, he presented structural changes that will be in the 2019-2020 academic year.

In particular, the school will be renamed "Yeznik Mozyan Vocational Educational Complex", where it will be possible to carry out both primary and secondary professional education programs and courses for adults.
According to Karapetyan, the modern laboratory equipped for the renewable energy sector will enable to train specialists of the field. In addition, in March of this year, an oral agreement has been reached with the French lyceum.
 
Touching upon the programs implemented in the college, the Minister of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Artsakh Narine Aghabalyan said that every year noticeable progress is recorded in the institution's activities and the success of the school has contributed to the review of the structure and educational programs.
Narine Aghabalyan informed that an agreement has been reached with the Armenian-American benefactor, Anushavan Abrahamyan, to establish an agricultural college in Berdzor. In the coming days, members of the Board of Trustees will visit Artsakh to discuss future plans.
Mrs. Aghabalyan noted that efforts are being made to find new benefactors for reorganizing Stepanakert and Martuni crafts schools.
The Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Yeznik Mozyan Vocational School Robert Aydabiryan noted that the main emphasis should be put on the cooperation between Armenia and Artsakh, considering the programs of exchange of students' experience as the main direction.
45 places have been allocated for adult learners. There are adults who have not been trained properly, and this program will help them become more skilled,” said. Aydabiryan.
 
Chairman of the Board of Trustees Arayik Harutyunyan highly assessed the importance of the proposed amendments.
 
At the end of the session, Vaspurak Karapetyan was re-elected as executive director for a three-year term.
