STEPANAKERT, JUNE 23, ARTSAKHPRESS: As “Artsakhpress” reports, the torch has been lit according to a historical scenario. Tigran the Great went down the hill with his troops holding the torch.
The torch was lit by Senior Lt. Artur Aghasyan, an April 2016 war veteran, Holder of “Battle Cross” 2nd degree Arthur Aghasyan.
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan, State Minister Grigory Martirosyan, Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Chief producer of Pan-Armenian Games Ruben Hovhannisyan, Chairman of the Pan-Armenian Games World Committee Ishkhan Zakaryan and others attended the ceremony.
