STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 2, ARTSAKHPRESS: The second President of the Artsakh Republic Arkady Ghoukasyan told “Artsakhpress".
He congratulated all Armenians and noted that every year in our live is already a victory and a progress.
“My biggest dream is that the Armenian people to be united. The unity is the necessity that will enable us to continue our victories. We started our movement with the idea of unification, and today all of us dream of the unification with Motherland, "he said.
Arkady Ghoukasyan noted that despite having worked in Armenia for the past 10 years, he has always been in Artsakh.
Referring to the forthcoming 2020 presidential elections in Artsakh, Ghoukasyan noted that he will participate in the elections as a citizen of Artsakh Republic and will vote for a worthy candidate.
