STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 9, ARTSAKHPRESS: As “Artsakhpress” reports, Chairman of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Vladimir Vardanyan told a press conference on September 9.
According to him, there were some technical issues. A number of issues have been linked to legislative regulations that can be resolved in the foreseeable future.
“Overall, what we observed in Stepanakert, in the regional centers and in some communities was quite encouraging. It is extremely important that the population of Artsakh is aware of the civic duty.
The traditions of local self-government in Artsakh are deeper than in the territory of Armenia, taking account the positive experience that was in terms of organizing the inner life of the population of Artsakh. This creates great democratic capital for organizing further processes, " said Vardanyan.
