The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has signed a decision to relieve Valeriy Osipyan of the post of Chief Adviser to the Prime Minister, according to the government website.

STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 8,  ARTSAKHPRESSOsipyan was Police Chief of Armenia from May 2018 until September 2019.
He was fired on September 18th, and on the same day was appointed Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister.
