STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 8, ARTSAKHPRESS: The Speaker of the National Assembly of Artsakh Republic Arthur Tovmasyan stated this today during the press conference held on September 8, noting that in that context he had meetings with the youth of ''United Homeland, "Justice", "Armenian Revolutionary Federation", "Democratic Party of Artsakh", and “The United Civic Alliance” parties.

I am going to meet with the youth of the ''Free Homeland'' party on September 10.

"I am deeply convinced that the youth parliament will be a political school for our young people,'' he said in particular.
