Following my appeal for consolidation and unity, the first significant cooperation was established with Hero of Artsakh Vitaly Balasanyan. Today I signed a decree on appointing Mr. Balasanyan Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh.
There is no alternative to overcoming the current situation, developing and strengthening on our native soil. Therefore, we should spare no effort for the sake of the security of our Motherland and welfare of our people,'' Harutyunyan wrote on Faebook.
