STEPANAKERT, JUNE 22, ARTSAKHPRESS: Talking about problems, he said that the school does not have a hall, gymnasium, and needs increased library resources.

“The Shahoumyan region’s Nor Verin Shen School in the Republic of Artsakh has been put into operation since 2002. The school has 70 pupils,” the school’s headmaster Shahen Margaryan told Artsakhpress, adding that 15 pupils attend pre-school group. 

Despite the facility issues, the school has kept up to date with technological changes.

“The school has a new computer room with 15 computers, it is provided with internet,” the headmaster said, adding that the school has good specialists.

Artsakhpress learned that the school has talented pupils; they take part in different regional olympiads.

“The students graduating from the University come back to village. The girls are provided with job, whereas boys get down to work in the armed forces of the Republic of Artsakh,” said Margaryan.

Margaryan added that the village with 262 residents does not have a kindergarten.
