On 19 February President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met first deputy head of the General Staff of the Republic of Armenia's Armed forces, lieutenant-general Enrico Apryamov. As the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President informs "Artsakhpress" issues related to army building were discussed at the meeting.
