STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 4, ARTSAKHPRESS: The minister met particularly with the parents of Armen Hovhannisyan, Azat Asoyan, and Arthur Arakelyan. He also visited Sargis Stepanyan, a serviceman who narrowly escaped a fatality in a recent cross-border skirmish, Tert.am has learned from a post on the personal Facebook profile of Ruzanna Khachatryan, the minister's wife.
The visit had a special purpose as all the families are expecting a baby's birth, which will herald a new beginning and life.
