There are no new principles of the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict out in the table. In an interview with journalists on April 13 the Vice President of the National Assembly of Armenia Edaurd Sharmazanov said this.
No unilateral concessions in settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict
STEPANAKERT, APRIL 13, ARTSAKHPRESS-ARMENPRESS: “Our opinion on this issue is clear. The Artsakh people must decide their own destiny, and no decision can be made without Artsakh. Yesterday the President of the National Assembly of Artsakh Republic Ashot Ghoulyan clearly stated that the issue should be resolved as a result of concessions, however, these concessions cannot be unilateral. The world should know what is the concession of Azerbaijan. I now announce here that we do not accept unilateral concessions and exclude it. What compromises, there is no such a thing”, “Armenpress” reports, Sharmazanov mentioning.
He added that now the document is put on the table which the Co-Chairs presented and which should be implemented as a result of concessions assuring that there is nothing new.
