Presidents of two Armenian states discussed a wide range of issues concerning to army building

STEPANAKERT, APRIL 18, ARTSAKHPRESS: In the capital Stepanakert Presidents of the two Armenian states held a consultation with the supreme command staff of the NKR Defense Army and discussed a wide range of issues concerning to the army building.

President Sahakyan mentioned that strengthening our country's defense capacity and consistent improvement of the army's combat readiness would continue to be among the most significant issues the state faces.
