After the four-day April war, the Ombudsman of Nagorno Karabakh has gathered new facts on Azerbaijani tortures of Armenian soldiers and presented those facts to international institutions.
Ombudsman of Nagorno Karabakh to publish new report on Azerbaijani aggression
STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 2, ARTSAKHPRESS-ARMENPRESS: Armenpress contacted Ombudsman of Nagorno Karabakh Mr. Ruben Melikyan for details of the works.
“International institutions haven’t given any formal response regarding facts presented by the NKR Ombudsman on Azerbaijani crimes, mutilations of fallen soldiers and civilians after the four-day April war. Let me note that the report of the NKR Ombudsman on atrocities committed by Azerbaijani forces during April 2-5, 2016 against the civilian population and soldiers of Nagorno Karabakh has been published in the official websites of the European Ombudsman Institute (EOI) and the International Federation for Human Rights (FidH)”, Ombudsman Melikyan said.
According to Mr. Melikyan, the NKR Ombudsman will publish a new report on Azerbaijani aggressions and atrocities, which will be presented to international institutions.
