President of Lebanon, Michel Aoun, has approved the country’s new government, led by Prime Minister Saad Hariri, RIA Novosti news agency of Russia reported citing the National News Agency (NNA) of Lebanon.

Lebanon new government has 2 Armenian ministers

STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 19, ARTSAKHPRESS: The 30-member Lebanese cabinet comprises representatives of different religions.

Two of these 30 members are Armenian: Avedis Kitanian and Jean Oghassabian, according to Hay Dzayn (Armenian Voice) news agency.

Oghassabian is considered to be a very close associate of PM Hariri while Kitanian is a member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Dashnaktsutyun Party.
