STEPANAKERT, MARCH 3, ARTSAKHPRESS: At the beginning the President congratulated David Tonoyan on being appointed to the responsible position wishing him success in his work.

Issues related to further deepening and widening relations between the corresponding structures of the two Armenian republics were discussed during the meeting attended by director of the State Service on Emergency Situations under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers Komitas Karapetyan.
