2018 State Budget draft presented to Artsakh Parliament

On November 15 Artsakh National Assembly(NA) started preliminary discussions of the 2018 State Budget of Artsakh. NA Chairman Ashot Ghulyan, State Minister Arayik Harutyunyan, members of parliament and government members partook at these debates.

2018 State Budget draft presented to Artsakh Parliament

STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 15, ARTSAKHPRESS:Minister of Finance Grigori Martirosyan presented the main financial document of the upcoming year. He noted that 2018 socio-economic policy will mainly aim at implementation of projects for stable economic growth as well as development of institutes that provide state-building and defensive capacity.

Grigori Martirosyan emphasized that they plan to provide an 8% economic growth and price level stability.

From November 20 state budget debates will continue at the joint meeting of the NA standing committees.
