A 4.9-magnitude earthquake was registered in the territory of Iran on Wednesday, Armenia’s National Service for Seismic Protection at the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 28, ARTSAKHPRESS:The quake struck at 22:01 Yerevan time some 62 kilometers northeast of the city of Kerman. The hypocenter depth is reported to be 10km.
The jolts measured magnitude 6-7 points at the epicentre, the source added.
