Anomalous weather detected in Artsakh in December of the previous year continuous in January — no precipitation is recorded.

STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 9, ARTSAKHPRESS:In an interview with Artsakhpress Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Vilen Avetisyan, said that notwithstanding the hot weather, there is no reason for concern. “We know that there are already sprouted trees, which is conditioned by biological conditions or positions of the trees. Further changes of weather may cause frostbites in some places,’’ Vilen Avetisyan said.
Deputy Director of the Artsakh State Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Service, Laura Hovsepyan, said that precipitation is expected from January 14.
