STEPANAKERT, MAY 16, ARTSAKHPRESS:He noted that currently excavation works are underway at the scene. After that, construction of the building’s foundation will be carried out. There are plans to have 100-seat ultra-modern and open-air cinemas, a universal hall — for holding concerts and other events and a library. There will be a café in the complex. Parking lots are also set to be created. The territory of the complex with a total of 3,500 square meters will be beautified and with green areas.
