Australian based agronomist conducts researches in Artsakh

Starting from June 6 to 14, specialist in the sphere of plant growing, protection and development, experienced agronomist and cultivator, Australian based Stepan Melkonyan, was in the areas being cultivated in the Artsakh regions of Askeran, Martakert, Martuni and Hadrut. He was accompanied by Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Vilen Avetisyan.

STEPANAKERT, JUNE 16, ARTSAKHPRESS: Artsakh Ministry of Agriculture informed ArtsakhPress about the aforesaid. The source added that Stepan Melkonyan studied crops growing in Artsakh to share his own experience and knowledge with local cultivators.

After summing up results of studies and researches, S. Melkonyan will present his suggestions to Minister of Agriculture, Zhirayr Mirzoyan, and other responsible officials of the ministry.
