STEPANAKERT, JUNE 21, ARTSAKHPRESS: He said that an open and transparent trial should be carried out and that the society should be informed about the process.
In terms of depriving Manvel Grigoryan of the title ''Hero of Artsakh'', the spokesman said that the public is concerned about the matter.
''Emotions in the society are understandable: anger, resentment, bewilderment and disappointment. However, we should approach the question as a legal and democratic state. Responses to the situation are understandable but measures should be taken within the legal framework. We are a democratic, legal, civilized society and in Manvel Grigoryan's case also we should act within the bounds of law,'' Davit Babayan said.
