Carpet production increased in Armenia

Carpet production increased by 2.1 times in Armenia in 2018 as compared to the production volumes in the same period of the previous year, according to the National Statistical Service of the Republic of Armenia (NSS).

Carpet production increased in Armenia

STEPANAKERT, JUNE 23, ARTSAKHPRESS: According to the source, 8.9 tons of carpets and carpet coverings have been produced in the republic in January-April this year, while 4.2 tons of carpets and carpet coverings have been produced in the republic in 2017 which is 10% increase to compare with the production volumes of 2016.

To note, the carpet production levels constituted mostly a decrease in 2017, yet recorded increase per annum.
