On Thursday, the opening of a community center built through the financing of ''Hayastan'' All-Armenain Fund and the Artsakh government took place in Hadrut region's Taghaser community, official regional newspaper of Hadrut ''Dizak'' infromed ArtsakhPress.

STEPANAKERT, JULY 6, ARTSAKHPRESS: The source added that the building includes a village hall, a library, a first-aid station, a hall for ceremonies and a room with computers.
The newspaper added that head of the department of culture and youth affairs of Hadrut's regional administration, Erazik Hayriyan, head of Taghaser community, Karen Hovsepyan, fund's representative Michel Tankrez delivered speeches at the event. 
Artsakh minister of urban development, Karen Shahramanyan; head of Hadrut's regional administration, Ivan Avanesyan; other officials, representatives of the fund, residents of the community and guests were present at the opening ceremony.
