STEPANAKERT, JULY 6, ARTSAKHPRESS: As the Information and Public Relations Department of the Artsakh State Minister's staff informed, welcoming the guests, the State Minister expressed hope that the visit will be the beginning of strengthening of ties established between the two ministries. Grigory Martirosyan presented achievements and problems of the agriculture sphere of the recent years and noted that it is one of the leading branches of the Artsakh's economy. ''We have a great unused potential in the field of agriculture. We have developed a concept for the full realization of that potential. It will be adopted soon and it will become a guiding document for the future state policy,'' Grigory Martirosyan said.

Thanking the State Minister for the warm welcome, Armenian minister of agriculture, Artur Khachatryan, noted that they have already discussed with their Artsakh colleagues the scope of collaboration programs. He informed that they both continue the existing projects and take steps to expand the cooperation.

During the meeting, the interlocutors exchanged thoughts on continued training of personnel, raising the effectiveness of anti-hail stations and other issues.

Artsakh minister of agriculture, Zhirayr Mirzoyan, partook in the meeting.
