Number of tourists visiting Artsakh increases by 102%
STEPANAKERT, JULY 12, ARTSAKHPRESS: The number of tourists has increased by 102 percent or by 4362 as compared with the same period in 2016. In addition, the number of tourists has increased according to months (180%, 225%, 19%, 14% and 146% respectively).
The total number of subjects engaged in tourism in Artsakh is ten, with nine tour guides and one travel agent.
During the same period, four tourist accommodation facilities were created. Overall, fifty-three hotel facilities operate in the Artsakh Republic.
