STEPANAKERT, JULY 19, ARTSAKHPRESS: “Presenting an initiative group consisting of citizens concerned with the fate of our people and taking into account the urgency to overcome internal and external challenges, as well as the necessity of solving the problems of social, political , economic, and cultural spheres, based on our national interests and realizing the responsibility, we announce the launch of formation process of a new political party,’’ the group’s announcement reads.
