Summer camp of young naturalists opens in Artsakh village Tsmakahogh

STEPANAKERT, JULY 21, ARTSAKHPRESS: As ArtsakhPress correspondent informed, the main participants of the camp are schoolchildren of Tsmakahogh and nearby settlements.

Artsakh minister of education, science and sport, Narine Aghabalyan, said that the camp is organized in order for the new generation to learn about their ancestors and to understand that they have the same genetic variant.

''Best specialists will teach you here and this is a great opportunity for you. I want you to receive as much knowledge here as possible. It will help you to develop your abilities,'' Narine Aghabalyan said. She added that all necessary conditions will be provided for organization of interesting and exciting days.

Head of the camp, Sevak Hakobyan, said that the camp will last twelve days. ''This year we have seventy participants, ten of them were invited from Yerevan State University and Yerevan Physics-Math School. The camp is organized for pupils of Sunday school operating in Tsmakahogh,''

Sevak Hakobyan said that participants of the camp will have busy schedule, since, besides classes, sport and intellectual games, as well as a two-day trip to nearby historical and cultural monuments will be organized.
