STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 5ARTSAKHPRESS: Water is available for an hour in the mornings and evenings.
Head of Vazgenashen community, Andranik Babayan said the aforesaid in an interview with ArtsakhPress.
The village has 323residents.
As Andranik Babayan informed, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan was reported about the problem, who instructed the head of Martuni regional administration Mher Ohanyan and other officials to conduct researches in different sections to solve the problem.
Babayan said that because of the lack of permanent water, the residents workimainly in other communities. Referring to other problems of the community, Babayan noted that the three-storey school building, which has 57 pupils, is in a poor condition.
''The building conditions of the school are unfavorable.The community has no kindergarten, but we have about 33 preschool children,'' he said and highlighted that problems of the village are gradually being solved.
