STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 6ARTSAKHPRESS: According to Information and Public Relations Department of Artsakh State Minister, at the beginning of the visit, Martirosyan took part in the groundbreaking ceremony of a new multifunctional stadium in Chartar. It is being built by the “Development Foundation of Armenian Villages”. 
The stadium will have football field with an artificial grass covering 20x40m, designed for 150 spectators.
After the blessing ceremony, the State Minister carried out the symbolic groundbreaking ceremony of the stadium.
Afterwards, Grigori Martirosyan visited pig breeding farm being built by means of foreign private investment.
The ongoing works were presented to State Minister by the investor. He was informed that at the end of the first phase of the construction work the firm will have 4000 heads of pigs, and it is planned to reach this  number to 10,000.
At the end of the meeting, Martirosyan wished success to the businessmen, assuring that the state, being interested in investing in such volume, is always ready to support the private sector within its competence.
Then the State Minister held a short working meeting at the Charter City Hall. It was attended by Minister of Urban Development Karen Shahramanyan, Head of Martuni Regional Administration Mher Ohanyan, Mayor of Charter Arthur Aghabekyan.
The main topic of the discussion was the ways of solving water supply problems in all parts of the Charter as soon as possible.
In Chartar the State Minister  also visited the painings exhibition  of  Honorary Worker of Culture Mels Hovsepyan,  as well as  Art School operating  in Sevak Ghukasyan’s  Cultural and Sports Palace, got acquainted with the works of the schoolchildren.
Minister of Urban Development Karen Shahramanyan accompanied the State minister during the visit to Chartar.
