STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 14, ARTSAKHPRESS: ArtsakhPress reports that Hakob Gabrielyan, a lecturer at the Armenian-Russian University, a candidate in political sciences said at a briefing with reporters.
"This fact should be accepted not only by Artsakh, but also by Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, as well as those countries actively involved in political issues.
When the economic development in the world is much appreciated than political aspirations, then it is necessary to speak about the recognition of Artsakh, " he noted.
