STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 15, ARTSAKHPRESS: The State Minister noted that the Artsakh authorities always highly appreciated the fund's activities the level of cooperation formed with it.

Grigory Martirosyan noted that Vardenis-Martakert highway, which has been exploited two years ago by pan-Armenian means, provides good economic results, particularly in promoting tourism and commodity turnover.
"Besides many of the implemented programs, many of our compatriots have established stronger ties with the homeland through the fund.

In this sense, it has become a unique bridge for Homeland-Diaspora relations and we are convinced that the experience and trust gained during the years will have a new quality in our future relationships,'' said Martirosyan.
At the end of the meeting, Martirosyan also answered the Fund's beneficiaries' questions.
