STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 19, ARTSAKHPRESS: Media and IT Security Expert Samvel Martirosyan said in an interview with ''Artsakhpress'', noting that in the information warfare between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the information propaganda carried out by the Armenian side is weaker.
''Our information propaganda can be considered frozen. After solving internal political issues in Armenia, solutions on information propaganda can be found, as it requires quite a lot of resources in the media field.
The information security concept adopted in Armenia in 2009 should also be completely reconsidered. The presence of fake-users in the Armenian media is also disturbing. It is serious threat to spreading misinformation.
The information field is constantly changing and we should be able to take right steps in time.
The April war has had a great impact on a number of issues in this field," noted Samvel Martirosyan.
According to the media expert, the development of the information security field requires complex solution.
