STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 19, ARTSAKHPRESS: According to preliminary information, contracted conscript, Private Haykaz Matevosyan (born in 1980) received a gunshot wound in his neck at around 1:30pm, and from the shots fired by the adversary, the Ministry of Defense press service informed.

The soldier died en route to a military hospital.
