STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 21, ARTSAKHPRESS: On 21 September in connection with the 27th anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Armenia Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan together with Prime-minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan accompanied by high-ranking officials of the two Armenian states visited the Yerablour Pantheon and laid flowers and wreaths to the monuments of Sparapet Vazgen Sargsyan, general Andranik and martyrs perished in the Artsakh Liberation Struggle.
