STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 25ARTSAKHPRESS: "I attach great importance to the interconnected and sustainable development of all the economic sectors. Technological developments and current challenges require attention and focus on areas that are capable of creating high value. From this point of view, the government pursues a policy of focusing on several spheres, "said the Artsakh State Minister, highlighting the tourism and information technologies spheres.
After the State Minister's speech, businessmen of the forum asked questions about their activities, expressed willingness to make investments in Artsakh.
Some of the businessmen talked about the problem of understaffing in Artsakh.
"Perhaps, we not well look for properly, but I can mention that we can't find employees for our activity.
Another problem is that there are circumstances that hinder the development of the solar energy market. There is no legislation on sending solar energy to the network, "said one of the businessmen.
Grigori Martirosyan said that the law will be adopted in the nearest future and works have been done in this direction in the previous months.
"We attach great importance to the development of solar energy, such a project is being implemented by the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund as well," the State Minister said.

"Maybe there is a small unemployment, but on the one hand we have a surplus in the labor market in the humanitarian fields, and on the other hand, the demand for technical professions is not satisfied," Artakh State Minister Grigory Martirosyan concluded.
