STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 26, ARTSAKHPRESS: Welcoming the guests, the State Minister noted that both the authorities and the residents of Artsakh remember with gratitude the founders of the Cedric Marten Foundation, Jacques and Daniela Marten, the Information and Public Relations Department of the State Minister's Staff of Artsakh informed ArtsakhPress.

He wished success to Dominique Privat, who first visited Artsakh as Director of the Foundation, assuring that the Artsakh government is always ready for further cooperation. Touching upon the opening of the fountain in Shushi on September 26, in memory of Cedric Martin, Martirosyan noted that the Artsakh government in this way expresses its gratitude to Marten family for solving the problem of drinking water in more than a dozen villages in Artsakh over the past years.

Director of the Cedric Marten Foundation Dominique Privat on behalf of the family of Marten family  thanked the Artsakh government for warm attitude and noted that the cooperation formed over the years will have a long life.

In his turn, Jacques Matosyan,  Head of  the "SPFA" charitable organization, noted that the Artsakh government is a reliable partner for them, in the future will continue to make efforts for implementing various programs.

Over 11 years Cedric Marten Foundation has co-financed the construction of water pipelines in 13 settlements of Artsakh with the active support of benefactor Jacques Matosyan.
