Regular meeting of the Council of Heads of States of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CHS CIS) has gotten underway Friday in the Tajik capital city of Dushanbe. Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is also in attendance to this event, News.am reports.
