STEPANAKERT,SEPTEMBER 29, ARTSAKHPRESS: The Foreign Minister congratulated his counterpart on the occasion of the Liberation and Victory Day in Abkhazia, wishing prosperity, further progress, and fruitful work.

During the meeting, the sides discussed a range of issues related to the prospects of expanding the cooperation between the Foreign Ministries of the two countries.

Masis Mayilian awarded Daur Kove with a commemorative medal dedicated to the 25^th anniversary of the Foreign Ministry of Artsakh.
