STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 5ARTSAKHPRESS:He noted that the four-day war in April has shown that the Armenian people should always be united to resist any aggression of the enemy.
"The Canadian, particularly the Toronto Armenian community, has implemented many charitable projects in Artsakh. This time we visited Martakert military unit where we are going to establish a computer class. Members of the Toronto-Armenian Doctors Association, as in previous years, this year also support Artsakh.
This time we brought breathing apparatus and essential medical supplies, some of which we handed to the aid station of Martakert military unit, and the rest we sent to the military hospital of the region. We installed 11 air conditioning systems in one of Askeran's barracks.
In July-August 2019, we will continue the program together with the Toronto-Armenian Doctors' Association," Mardoyan noted.
Head of the Kashatagh Foundation of Families with Many Children Gourgen Melikyan said that they were able to help those who defend the borders of the homeland, each inch of land is sacred for every Armenian.

On 5 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received Canadian philanthropist of Armenian descent Khoren Mardoyan, French philanthropist of Armenian descent Roubik Galstyan and head of the Kashatagh Foundation of Families with Many Children Gourgen Melikyan.
