STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 11, ARTSAKHPRESS: The State Minister congratulated Pierre-Emmanuel Ducruet, stressing the importance of the ICRC Office activities aimed at the solution of humanitarian issues in Artsakh.
Grigory Martirosyan noted that the Artsakh authorities are ready to continue cooperation with the ICRC Stepanakert office.
Expressing gratitude for congratulations and warm welcome, Pierre-Emmanuel Ducruet, in his turn expressed satisfaction with the level of cooperation with the relevant government institutions of the Artsakh Republic and presented to the State Minister the program, planned for the forthcoming period.
During the meeting, they also exchanged opinions on further joint activities and the prospects of cooperation.
