STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 12, ARTSAKHPRESS: The State Minister highlighted the importance of the Turpanjian Rural Development Program implemented by the university for many years in Artsakh, which provides residents with the opportunity to create educational and economic opportunities to create jobs and improve their lives in communities.
Grigory Martirosyan also expressed his gratitude to philanthropist Gerald Turpanjian for always supporting Artsakh within the framework of various charity programs.
Armenyan in his turn assured the State Minister that the program will be continuous. He noted that they are currently negotiating with Shushi Technological University so that those graduating students willing to create their own businesses will also have an opportunity to participate in this program. As a new proposal, the program for developing private medicine in rural areas was also presented during the meeting.
