STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 22, ARTSAKHPRESS: The mayor of French Arnouville town, Pascal Doll, told Artsakhpress that they spoke about the absolute values, freedom and peace of Artsakh and France; discussed a number of programs to be implemented jointly.
''During the visit Declaration of Friendship was signed between Shekher community of the Republic of Artsakh and Arnouville community of the French Republic.
"As a part of the declaration we will try to implement programs in Shekher soon. The people of Artsakh are very warm and hospitable. We have an Armenian community in Arnouville. Communicating with them we have known about the Armenian's honesty, sincerity, devotion, diligence. We are thankful to the President of the Republic of Artsakh and the people of Artsakh for warm reception and hospitality, "added Pascal Doll.
He also noted that they want to visit the sights of the Republic of Artsakh.
