"Dear friends,
Today we mark the 20th anniversary of the "Union of Relatives of Missing in Action Freedom Fighters" non-governmental organization; we mark it with deep feelings.
Above all, we suffer from the pain and sorrow for those who are not with us today, who never hesitated even for a moment to stand for the defense of the Motherland and native people, and have become the missing in action.
Due to your daily painstaking work, activity directed towards the development and prosperity of the Motherland, you continue worthily the unfinished deeds of your sons, brothers, and husbands, greatly contribute to the state-building process of Artsakh, solution of various issues and problems our country faces.
For all that, we are thankful to you and proud of your ability to find strength, square your shoulders that have been stooped under the grief, unite and together, with joint efforts, continue living and creating for the sake of strengthening and making the free and independent Artsakh prosperous.
I wish all of you peace, robust health, and greatest success in your patriotic activity".
