Doctors from Yerevan conduct free consultations and examinations in Stepanakert

On November 5 from 9 o’clock, at the Republican Medical Center of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh, free consultations and examinations were conducted by doctors of Armenian-American Wellness Center and ''EcoSense” Diagnostic Center.

STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 5, ARTSAKHPRESS: Breast sonogram and mammography, thyroid gland and joints sonogram, electroneuromyography, duplex, consultations on neuropathology and rheumatology conducted at the Republican Medical Center.
In an interview with “Artsakhpress”, Executive Director of the Armenian American Wellness Center Khachanush Hakobyan said that they have been conducting free examinations in Stepanakert for the 8th time.

"As a result of screening examinations, we detect cancerous cells in the thyroid gland and breast. In case of an early detection, we are able to prevent, treat and save human lives. This time we are carrying out researches with experts from the “EcoSense” diagnostic center, which are more effective and important,”said Hakobyan.
Inessa Nazaryan, Director of the “EcoSense” Diagnostic Center, said that they have been conducting free examinations in Artsakh for the fifth time .

"This time rheumatologist and neurologist from our center visited Stepanakert. We have also brought with us the device called electroneuromyography which examines the nervous system,”added Nazaryan.

According to rheumatologist at “EcoSense” Diagnostic Center Valentina Vardanyan, more than 30 people have been examined in Stepanakert, mainly Osteoarthritis or salt deposits were detected and appropriate treatment was prescribed.

The Armenian American Wellness Center 's radiologist Irina Kirakosyan said that they carry out breast and thyroid gland researches in the framework of the charity program. The radiologist also noted that they examined about 100 citizens, most of them have thyroid gland problems.
