STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 9, ARTSAKHPRESS: During the meeting issues related to the usage of effective control mechanisms for financial flows from the state budget were discussed.
Particularly, the usage of new tools in all public administration systems was highlighted, which will enable to increase the transparency of expenditures and make it more controllable.
In his speech, State Minister attached importance to the preparedness of specialists and proposed to carry out regular exchange of experience within the frames of the cooperation.
In his turn, D.Sanasaryan informed that during the visit a joint working consultation with Artsakh partners will be held, where issues on expanding the mutual cooperation will be discussed.
Head of the Artsakh Republic President's Control Service Narek Harutyunyan alos attended the meeting.
